Commercial Drivers
A nationwide driver shortage has impacted us all. Additional Federal requirements have complicated the problem. Our business solution aids the employer and the employee with a vested program at a reasonable cost while minimizing downtime.
Beginning on February 7, 2022, drivers will need to complete Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) with a registered training provider if they are applying to:
• Obtain a Class A or Class B CDL for the first time.
• Upgrade an existing Class B CDL to a Class A CDL; or
• Obtain a passenger (P) or school bus (S), endorsement for the first time.
The driver will also need to complete entry level driver training before taking a hazardous materials endorsement knowledge test for the first time.
If your organization can check any of these boxes, contact us so we can help!
